Duplex-house in Vienna / Austria B2C

I am looking for a reliable constructor who can build a duplex house (Haus 2 + 3) for me and my brother on our property.

I would like to get an offer in German / Deutsch or English with all details (including basement). Your offer should include an air heat pump as I guess that’s the best solution. So I expect an offer that includes everything (turnkey ready / ready to use) retaining walls, basement, interior work. In German it is called “schlüsselfertig”


Structure of the house (Hillside):
-basement as living room (concrete)
-first floor (timber frame construction)
- second floor including roof (timber frame construction)

Construction start: immediately (preferred) or latest by Feb 2021

Please note, I am very price sensitive but of course I am looking for Austrian / European quality standards.

IMPORTANT: If you provide good quality + price, I will have lot of other work for your company. As my network is always looking for construction companies, so there is always work for long term. As a result, you can consider this work for me and my brother as an entry ticket to B2B.
