Require team or company to renovate / build out house (Umbau & Renovie

Hello!
I am looking for a group of workers / company to renovate a 1970s (170sqm) house, located in south Germany (78345). The work consists of
- replacing windows and install new windows on ground floor
- new underfloor heating
- new flooring
- check electrical works and potentially rewire
- renovate bathroom
- internally "demolish" ground floor, i.e. break down a few internal walls, and turn into a living room with open kitchen. So new piping / electrical work / heating etc.
- replace front door
- add an external stair case to the 3rd floor and break through wall to install additional 'front door' on 3rd floor.
- install additional front door on ground floor,
- build new guest toilet on ground floor (pipework).
- potentially some changes to the carport (roof of parking space)
- potentially renew conservatory.
- painting walls inside throughout.

Ideally the work will start this year (2022).
You will need to bring all equipment or we need to lease locally etc.

Fluent in English and German - whichever language you prefer.

If we work well together and you deliver quality work, more projects are in the pipeline for future collaboration!
