Dear Sir or Madam,
We are now looking for reliable self-employed skilled workers, subcontractors or construction companies on a self-employed basis for our customers/construction sites throughout Germany.
The on-site work is carried out in a team of 2 with one of our employees or with a flat rate with the subcontractor's own team.
The work is always managed by one of our on-site foremen.

Driving license and own car are an advantage, knowledge of English or German is required.
Payment is made once a week after completion/execution of the work and after invoicing. The work can be billed at a flat rate or on an hourly basis.
The work is performed at your own expense (permitted in Germany!) by the construction worker/self-employed skilled worker/subcontractor/intermediary. All necessary documents and certificates must be available. Payment is made weekly immediately after invoicing.
Working hours from Monday to Friday (Saturday also possible).
The following work is usually to be done:
Activity/ Profession: Painter
Work: Painting and masking work
Material: Provided by client.
Tools needed by the contractor: brush, roller, should be brought along.

Activity/ Profession: fitter/construction helper
Work: dismantling and reassembly of balcony railings, caulking, assembly of wall and ceiling panels (aluminium), sealing work, hot air welding, etc.
Material: Provided by client.
Tools required by the contractor:
Cutting disc (flex), demolition hammer (no - for no places concrete), drill, concrete drill, cordless screwdriver and various tools such as stirrers, hammers, wrenches, pliers, chisels, screwdrivers, cable drums, etc. desired.
