Multidisciplinary construction team's available from 10 Oct

Your project deserves a team that arrives ready to work.

We deliver complete, experienced teams for construction and solar farm projects in Germany: organized, fully documented and productive from day one.

Our multidisciplinary teams cover every stage of the job, from structure to finishing: general construction, steel structures, solar PV farm installation, earthworks, electrical works and interior finishing. Trades include formwork carpenters, rebar fixers, steel fitters, excavator operators, electricians, painters, tilers and all other construction trades. One partner, one point of contact, the whole job covered.

More than 50 qualified workers are available for deployment in Germany. We can start with small crews or large teams, scaled to your project. Our teams have proven experience on German and EU sites and work under their own coordination for maximum efficiency and quality.

We handle all posting compliance: employment contracts, A1 certificates, customs notification (Meldeportal-Mindestlohn), SOKA-BAU registration and insurance. Everything is in order before the first worker arrives on site.

We work on one project at a time, so your site receives our full commitment, with no crews pulled away mid-job. We are looking for long-term partners rather than one-off assignments.

For a secure partnership, we require a written contract for works (Werkvertrag), real payment guarantees, and accommodation plus local transport for our teams throughout the project. We are happy to sign an NDA or any other agreement you need.

We do not issue our own price quotes. Send us your offer and we will negotiate on that basis.
