Virtual Assistant/Marketing Assistant (German Native speaker)

We are looking for Virtual Assistant / Marketing Assistant.

About the Job role - Your skills:

- You are a German native speaker and you are fluent in speaking and writing. (C2)
- You speak english at minimum on the level B2/C1
- You are available 10 hours per week at minimum.
- You have sales and online marketing experience and understand in general the lifecycle of a digital marketing agency and an online marketing agency.
- You have already worked for a digital agency.
- You feel responsible for your work results and have a high quality awareness.
- You have strong communication skills and you are able to write good texts, for example for websites or landing pages or whitepapers.

Your tasks:

- As the Virtual Assistant / Team assistant, you are a generalist at Living Internet. Your focus is marketing.
- You are often open to new things and like varied tasks.
- One of your major tasks is to support our sales and marketing with the following tasks:
- Building and fixing presentations - making them look “beautiful”
- Proofreading of documents, that have been translated from english to german
- Creating of content, for example for landing pages, websites and blogs
- Technical setup of landing pages with a landing page builder, such as “unbounce” or “swipepages”
- Accompaniment and support in customer projects with the aim of carrying out independent jour fixes with customers.
